Rev. Loren A. Boyce serves as Executive Minister at First United Methodist Church of Casper, providing visionary leadership that bridges administration, mission strategy, and worship design. His ministry centers on helping congregations live out the connectional spirit of the United Methodist Church—linking people, resources, and purpose for the sake of God’s transforming work in the world.
Loren is deeply committed to shaping vibrant, meaningful worship and building systems of organization that strengthen the church’s mission and effectiveness. He is a part of Wyoming District leadership that equips churches across Wyoming for sustainable and spirit-filled ministry.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee and a lifelong United Methodist, Loren brings a rare blend of administrative acumen, strategic imagination, and creative artistry to his ministry. He is known across the Mountain Sky Conference for his collaborative spirit, detailed organization, and heart for connectionalism—the belief that United Methodist churches are stronger together than apart.
When he’s not designing worship experiences or developing new ministry tools, Loren can often be found cheering for his beloved Tennessee Volunteers, spending time with his family in the outdoors, camping, hiking, and fishing, and celebrating the intersections between faith, place, and purpose in Wyoming life.
